We will ship anywhere in the continental United Stated. Item(s) are send via US Priority Mail. We can combine shipping to save on postage, and/or hold an order until items are complete upon request. Items are usually sent the next day. |

We carefully package the items to minize damage that might occure during shipping. All audio tapes are checked for sound quality before shipping. Customers have a 30 day money back guarantee from the date of shipping. Sorry no returns on the audio tapes. |
| Return policy: |
You may return an item for refund or replacement within 30 days of the shipment date. Shipping and handling charges are non-refundable. All returns must be accompanied by the packing slip. When you return an item, please indicate the reason for the return. You may want to insure your return; we cannot be responsible for lost or misdirected returns. If you paid for your order by credit card, a credit will be issued and will appear on your billing statement. Sorry, NO return(s) on audio tape(s).
