Get Organized Now!

Is the Christmas hustle and bustle already getting to you? Maybe you're overcommitted. Maybe you're underorganized. Maybe your priorities are out of whack.

Here's the Christian Stewardship Ministries prescription for holiday stress: Take a deep breath. Relax. And dial (703) 591-5000 to sign up for our next Life Management Study class beginning in early January. Make your New Year's resolution now to get your life in order and in line with God's priorities in 1999.

CSM's life-changing 13-week LMS class is led by people who have been in your shoes and have been trained to lead others from disarray to order, using Biblical principles. Classes meet once a week for two hours beginning the week of January 4. Participants should plan to spend 20 to 30 minutes each day on homework. Course materials include a copy of Ken Smith's book It's About Time, a student manual and workbook, worksheets and a certificate. The cost of the course is $95. The price is $75 each for groups of four or more.

Mail CSM the enclosed registration form or contact the ministry at (703)-591-5000 to reserve a place in an LMS class. Ken Smith will lead a pastors' group on a weekday morning.

CSM hopes to offer a long-distance version of the course via Internet later in 1999. Check the CSM website at http://www.csmin.org for more information.

CSM Counseling Can Help!

One-on-one. Tailored to your needs. Results-oriented. That's CSM counseling in a nutshell.

If you find yourself in the pit, CSM can help you out. Whether you're deep in debt, overscheduled or just unclear which way to go next, call on the ministry for counseling. By telephone or in person, you can meet with Ken Smith to get a helping hand to climb out of the dark place you are in.

CSM offers personal counseling in the areas of life, time and money management. Counselees are asked to do some homework in advance of their one to two-hour session. A deposit of $50 is needed to hold your appointment, but can be returned to you at your session. There is no charge for the counseling, although the ministry depends on those it helps to enable it to help others. Call (703) 591-5000 or email the ministry at ken@csmin.org to schedule your counseling session.
