Ministry News
If you cannot visit CSM in person, now you have another avenue-- the Internet. CSM's new website opened this spring, thanks to Buggs Bugnon (SMCIS Ministries) who designed and maintains the site. Check it out at http://www.csmin.org. We would love to have your thoughts and ideas for additional information that would be helpful to include. The ministry's contribution-based counseling program continues to thrive as do our Life Management Study groups. We had not planned to hold LMS sessions this summer, but groups are forming now in response to requests. CSM held its annual board retreat in March, and along with the serious business of praying and planning for the ministry the group enjoyed a few light moments on the bowling lanes. The board is now ready for our special bowling event--to be held July 12. I hope you will be able to join us then and also for the second annual CSM family picnic on June 7. Let's hear applause for Jim Eckhardt, recently named both CSM advertiser of the month and advisory council member of the month. And we will all be shedding tears as Krysti Doyle leaves this summer. Please let us hear from you if you or someone you know would be interested in taking her place as ministry coordinator. We continue to be blessed by our financial supporters and prayer warriors. However, we can always use more folks to help out in both these areas. Please consider prayerfully if God is calling you to serve Him through regular giving to CSM or service with our intercessors' ministry.
